Map making and map reading are important skills, but it is much harder to teach them than ever before because so many people use their phones to navigate these days.
That’s why Tennessee History for Kids has created a WONDERFUL “map scavenger hunt,” using the official Tennessee highway map.
PLEASE NOTE: This map scavenger hunt had to be changed, because the official highway map has changed. The current map that the scavenger hunt was based on was printed in March 2024.
