Tennessee History for Kids has created a series of webinars called KidsINARS.
Some will explain the TN History for Kids organization, our booklets and our website, but most will be content-specific.

3. Tennessee’s Bloody Road to Statehood
This two-part KidsINAR covers the violent era when settlers moved onto the Tennessee frontier. It explains how the Revolutionary War, migration to Middle Tennessee, Lost State of Franklin, creation of the Southwest Territory, Treaty of the Holston, Nickajack Expedition and statehood were connected, and it is intended for students fifth grade and older.
